Rich, chocolatey Oreo truffles coated in creamy white chocolate and decorated with playful ghostly faces—perfect for Halloween parties and festive fun.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreos (approximately 36 cookies)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
  • Candy eyes
  • Black gel icing

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they’re ground into fine crumbs. Alternatively, crush them manually.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring between each until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place them back on the parchment-lined sheet to set.
  6. Decorate the truffles with candy eyes and black gel icing to create ghostly faces. Let your creativity shine!
  7. Chill the decorated truffles for another 10 minutes to set the icing. Serve and enjoy!
