Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
  • 2 cups pulled pork (slow-cooked or store-bought, sauced with BBQ)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 24 slider buns (potato or Hawaiian rolls)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 12 slices cheese (cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack)
  • 1 cup pickles, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup jalapeño slices (pickled or fresh)
  • 1 cup coleslaw (optional)
  • 1 large avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef patties: In a bowl, combine ground beef and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 8 small patties (about 2 oz each).
  2. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix pulled pork with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  4. If meats are cold, gently warm them in a skillet or microwave before assembling.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange slider buns on a baking sheet, split open. Brush insides with melted butter. Toast for 5-7 minutes until golden and warm.
  6. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high. Cook beef patties for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (internal temp: 160°F).
  7. Warm buffalo chicken and BBQ pork in separate pans or microwave-safe bowls for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Slice cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. Arrange toppings and sauces in small bowls for serving.
  9. Arrange toasted buns on a platter. Set out beef patties, buffalo chicken, and BBQ pork in separate bowls. Add cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and sauces.
  10. Invite guests to build their own sliders: start with a bun, choose a meat, add toppings, and finish with sauce.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Prep toppings ahead and keep meats warm in slow cookers for easy serving. Use gluten-free buns and dairy-free cheese for dietary needs. Mix and match sauces and toppings for variety. Toast buns just before serving for best texture.
