Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 heart-shaped Brie wheel (about 8 oz)
  • 4 oz strawberry goat cheese log
  • 4 oz white cheddar slices or cubes (optional)
  • 4 oz salami or prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz capicola or peppered ham
  • 1 cup rosemary crackers
  • 1 cup pretzel thins or crispbreads
  • 1 cup mini toast rounds
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved or whole
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup red grapes, seedless
  • 1 cup watermelon chunks or heart-shaped slices (if in season)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-covered pretzels
  • 1/2 cup pink yogurt-covered almonds
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows or pink macarons (optional)
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam or strawberry preserves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Edible flowers (such as pansies or rose petals, optional)
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Start with a clean, dry serving board. Optionally, line with parchment paper or a cloth napkin for easy cleanup and color.
  2. Place the heart-shaped Brie in the center. If using a regular Brie wheel, cut into a heart shape with a cookie cutter.
  3. Arrange strawberry goat cheese and cheddar cubes around the Brie, alternating colors for visual appeal. Let cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Fold salami and prosciutto into ribbons or rosettes and arrange in clusters near the cheeses. Add capicola or peppered ham for color contrast.
  5. Tuck rosemary crackers, pretzel thins, and mini toasts into open spots, alternating textures. Stack vertically if space is limited.
  6. Nestle halved strawberries, raspberries, and grapes around the board. Cut watermelon into heart shapes and arrange along the outer curve.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate-covered pretzels and pink yogurt-covered almonds in gaps. Add marshmallows or macarons in small piles if using.
  8. Spoon raspberry jam and honey into small bowls or ramekins and place near the cheeses for dipping.
  9. Finish with edible flowers and fresh mint leaves for garnish. Scatter lightly for a festive look.
  10. Step back and check for balance. Fill empty spots with extra berries or crackers. Serve immediately.

Notes

Prep all ingredients ahead, but assemble the board just before serving for best freshness. For gluten-free, use almond flour crackers and gluten-free pretzels. For dairy-free, substitute vegan Brie and coconut yogurt-covered nuts. Let cheeses and meats come to room temperature for optimal flavor. Place crackers last to prevent sogginess. Customize with seasonal fruits or favorite treats.
