Instructions

  1. Measure out 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal and place them in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Stir 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture, then add 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice mix. Mix until well combined.
