Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Melt 12 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each until smooth. Optionally stir in 1 teaspoon vegetable or coconut oil to thin the chocolate.
- Using tongs or a fork, dip each mini pretzel into the melted chocolate, coating fully but not excessively. Let excess chocolate drip off.
