  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 3 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or strawberries, halved if large
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill pitcher halfway)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the lemonade concentrate fully (about 30 minutes at room temperature). Slice lemons into thin rounds and halve berries if large. Chill club soda and cranberry juice for at least 2 hours.
  2. Pour thawed pink lemonade concentrate into a large glass pitcher. Add vodka and cranberry juice. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add simple syrup if desired for extra sweetness. Taste before adding, as some lemonade concentrates are sweeter than others.
  4. Slowly pour in club soda or sparkling water. Stir gently to preserve bubbles.
  5. Add enough large ice cubes to fill the pitcher halfway.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and scatter raspberries or strawberries on top. Optionally, add edible flower petals.
  7. Stir, taste, and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed (add more soda if too strong, more syrup if too tart).
  8. Serve in chilled clear glasses, ensuring each glass gets some fruit.

Notes

Chill all ingredients before mixing for maximum fizz. Add sparkling water last to keep bubbles lively. Use large ice cubes to prevent dilution. For non-alcoholic punch, substitute vodka with more club soda and a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with edible flowers for extra flair. Can be made ahead by mixing the base and adding soda/ice just before serving.
