These no-bake dessert balls are quick and easy to make, featuring a chewy blend of coconut, graham crackers, and chocolate chips with a sweet powdered sugar coating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, and softened butter. Stir until evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in sweetened condensed milk and add vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and form a thick, sticky dough.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls with your hands. Lightly grease your palms with butter or oil if the dough sticks.
  4. Roll each ball in a bowl of powdered sugar until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined tray, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Chill them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Once chilled and set, transfer the dessert balls to an airtight container and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

[‘Don’t overmix the ingredients to avoid making the mixture too dense.’, ‘Use room-temperature ingredients for smoother mixing.’, ‘Chill the dessert balls before serving to enhance texture and flavor.’, ‘Experiment with different coatings like cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or sprinkles.’]
