Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cornstarch, and all-purpose flour until smooth to make the batter.
  3. Toss the chicken pieces in the batter until fully coated.
