  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Hull and slice the strawberries. Place in a medium bowl, add lemon juice and sugar or maple syrup. Toss gently and let sit for 5-10 minutes until juicy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of milk.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of each glass. Add a layer of macerated strawberries, followed by granola. Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with yogurt and strawberries on top.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts over the last layer. Garnish with mint leaves or a heart-shaped strawberry slice if desired.
