A quick and easy smoothie that tastes like a nostalgic strawberry cheesecake in a glass, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 oz (56g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) milk (whole milk preferred, or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature (about 30 minutes) or microwave in 10-second bursts without melting.
  2. Hull and wash strawberries, then pat dry.
  3. Add cream cheese and milk to blender; blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice; blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and pink.
  5. Add ice cubes and optional ingredients (chia seeds, protein powder, mint leaves); blend for about 30 seconds until ice is crushed and smoothie is frothy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed; add more honey or syrup or a splash of milk to adjust consistency.
  7. Serve immediately in a glass or mason jar.

Notes

Soften cream cheese well to avoid lumps. Blend cream cheese with milk first for a silky base. Adjust sweetness to taste. Frozen strawberries can replace fresh and ice for a thicker smoothie. Store refrigerated up to 24 hours; stir before drinking.
