Layers of rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and fluffy whipped topping come together in this indulgent no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14-16 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreo), crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined, then press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and continue mixing until creamy. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled crust.
  3. Whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Pour the pudding over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  4. Spread the whipped topping over the chocolate layer. Sprinkle crushed peanut butter cups or chocolate chips on top, if desired.
  5. Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the layers to set. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

[‘Use cold ingredients like milk and whipped topping for the best results.’, ‘Refrigerate each layer before adding the next one to keep everything stable.’, ‘Crush cookies thoroughly for a stable crust.’, ‘Let the lasagna chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for clean slicing.’, ‘Experiment with toppings like drizzled chocolate or caramel for a personal touch.’]
