  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Stir until the crackers are coated.
  5. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the chicken filling.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
