  • Cheese-filled ravioli, fresh or frozen
  • 23 cloves garlic, freshly minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and slowly pour in the heavy cream. Stir gently until combined.
  4. Add the chicken broth and grated parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more chicken broth to thin it out.
  6. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat each piece in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
